About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery and performance of our live aviation software platforms. This UK-based role will act as a key operational bridge between our international development teams and our growing network of airport clients.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of project coordination, client communication, and issue resolution—ensuring high service quality and operational stability across all deployments. You’ll be crucial in maintaining data security, managing timelines, and ensuring our systems remain reliable and trusted by both clients and end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with international development teams (India and UAE) and UK-based technical contractors.
  • Overseeing the delivery and stability of existing platforms during live airport deployments.
  • Building trust and confidence with new and existing airport clients by offering a UK-based technical presence and support structure.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing queries, technical escalations, and service delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and address any technical or operational issues in a timely, structured manner.
  • Ensure product security and confidentiality in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements by collaborating with the leadership and development teams.
  • Supporting product compliance and security in accordance with airport contracts, UK law, and client-specific data protection requirements.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in project management (tech, aviation, or transport sectors preferred)
  • Strong understanding of coordinating distributed, international teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and technical teams
  • Confidence managing live systems and resolving real-time service issues
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, and data reporting platforms (e.g. QuickSight)
  • A high standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
